The inability to see the color of the eyes of his beloved woman, the shade of her lipstick, etc., all this is certainly difficult and painful especially from the mental health of a person. In the movie "The Color of the Night" in a similar situation is the character of Bruce Willis (Dr. Bill Capa). There are moments that make Color of Night feel like an early-90s, Americanized, artificially flavored giallo, from the dramatic, full of color fall&splat in the opening, the raunchy mystery/various disguises, to the glass-shattering death seemingly ripped out of Argento's brain, I would have LOVED this dang… Color of Night" is a knuckleheaded thriller that means to get a rise out of audiences, but will merely make them see red.
